    File the annual report

We pre-fill the state report. You approve it. We file it.

    Required by the state

Skip the report and the state can dissolve the company.

    1. 01 · What it is

      The state’s yearly update

A filing with the Secretary of State that confirms the company is still active. Some states call it a biennial report. California calls it a Statement of Information.

    2. 02 · Why it is required

Miss it and the company can be dissolved

The state charges a late fee, then pulls good standing, then can administratively dissolve the company. Liability protection goes with it.

    3. 03 · How filing works

You approve it before we submit

We pre-fill the report from your account. Nothing goes to the state until you approve it. The confirmation is saved when the state accepts it.

We prepare it. You approve it.

    $79/yr

Per company, per year. State fee charged with the first order.

    • Pre-filled annual or biennial reports — you approve, we file
    • Reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before due dates
    • State filing fees billed separately at cost

What the state form does not spell out.

    Not every state has one
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, and South Carolina do not require an LLC information report. Some of those still charge a franchise tax. We file the Secretary of State report where one exists.
Some states file every two years
A biennial report is the same job on a two-year clock. The due date is still a hard deadline.
    The state fee is separate
Our price is $79 a year for preparation and reminders. The state’s own fee is charged once, with the first order. California is $20. Massachusetts is $500. Most states fall between those.
Each state is its own filing
A company registered in two states has two reports and two deadlines. We track each one.
