“I finished the order on a lunch break. The state filing showed up in my dashboard a few days later.”

What you are filing
01 · What it is
The state creates it when the filing is approved. It can open a bank account, sign a lease, and be sued in its own name.
02 · LLC
The usual first company. Profits pass through to the owners on their personal tax return, unless they later choose a different tax treatment.
03 · Corporation
Owners hold stock. The default federal tax is a C-Corp. An S-Corp is an IRS election on that corporation, not a second filing. You choose one at the start of the order.
$298
You pick an LLC or a corporation at the start of the order. That choice takes about a minute.
Enter the name for the filing, the formation state, company details, and at least one member or officer.
Formation and one year of registered agent are already included. Add EIN or annual report filing only if you want them, then review and pay.
We prepare the state filing, submit it, and put the approved documents in your account. If you added an EIN, we file that with the IRS too.
What you hold
01 · The filing
The approved documents are saved there. That file is the proof the company exists.
02 · The agent
A street address in the formation state is on the filing, covered for the first year.
03 · The company
A bank, a contract, or a lawsuit names the company. Your own name stays off that line.

“I formed from outside the US with no SSN. The registered agent was already included, so I did not need a US address.”

“The price was the filing plus the agent. The state fee was listed before I paid, with nothing added after.”
