We prepare and file Secretary of State annual and biennial reports in 42 states. Some states have no LLC report or only a tax obligation (for example Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, and others) — we do not offer filing there. State fees are charged at cost. You approve the pre-filled report before we file.
